they want your credit card or bank card number supposively for free gift cards you have won. I have asked to be taken off of their calling list since I had my phone put in a month ago. They call me everyday after 9pm. I keep telling them and even asked for a supervisor which they refuse to give me at time and once a guy pushed the buttons on the phone to make it seem like he was the supervisor but was the same person and then tried to make sexual advances to me!!!! Saying how he would like to meet me and would I like to meet him. That I had a sexy voice. I told him I was tired of thier harrassment of calling me after 9pm. I am home all day so it is not like this company couldnt call me at a decent hour. but even after asking for their removal proceedures I still get called. They have no removal proceedures except for you to ask to be removed which they do not do!!! I want to know if there is a way to sue them for harrassment.

They said they were from American Law associates, and called my girlfriend asking if I was there. I have not lived there for almost a year. He threatened her to tell him where I was.I do not know these people! She has gotten three phone calls in a row from them. Even though she did not give them information! Please help in this! This number has called 8 times, I ignored it but fearing I was missing a potential employer I answered. It was someone an agency asking for Carrie, told them no one here by that name, wrong number, they called again for several days, we ignored it, then answered and politely told them to get a clue, no one here by that name.

this number calls about 5 times a week at random times.when i say hello the line goes dead.i have called it back and get a message says no one with this association is available to take your call right now.leave your name and number after the tone and we will get back to you get this mail box is full.it is getting very annoying.

I have received many phone calls to my work from this number regarding my "debt" of which i have none - he disclosed personal information to a collegue. He said he was calling first from Consumer Crediy Services and then from Debt Management Service. I phoned DMS who advised they have received many calls from other people having the same problem but assured me its not them.

I keep getting this call from someone in the Bronx NY. I don't know anyone from NY period.

called stating i had unpaid cash advance loans at easy pay and that if i didnt take care of them the marshall would come to my address and pick me up i asked why i hadnt received anything in the mail from the courts and he said check your email and spam i asked for his number and told him i would have an attonery contact him he hung up
